Returns & Refunds

At Kooka Living, we want you to shop with confidence. If you have any issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major problem, is faulty, not as described, or does not meet consumer guarantees, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund.

Damaged or Faulty Items

Please inspect your item after delivery. If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incomplete, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number, photos or videos of the issue, and photos of the packaging.

Once we review the information, we will help arrange a suitable solution, which may include replacement parts, repair, replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

Change of Mind Returns

For change of mind returns, please contact us before sending anything back.

Change of mind returns may be accepted only if the item is unused, unassembled, in original packaging and in resalable condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.

Large Furniture Items

Many of our products are bulky and heavy. Please check product dimensions carefully before purchasing to make sure the item is suitable for your space, doorway, stairs, lift and delivery access.

Non-Returnable Conditions

We may not be able to accept returns for items that have been assembled, used, damaged by the customer, missing packaging, or returned without approval, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.

How to Request a Return

Please contact our customer service team with your order number, product name, reason for return and supporting photos where applicable.
